President Muhammadu Buhari will take 10 days off and travel to London on Monday June 6th to rest.
During the holiday, he will see an E.N.T. specialist for a persistent ear infection. The President was examined by his Personal Physician and an E.N.T Specialist in Abuja and was treated. Both Nigerian doctors recommended further evaluation purely as a precaution.

A spokesman for the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, says he is to travel to London to be treated for a persistent ear infection. Why do African leaders have to go abroad for medical treatment?

Atsegwasi Grace shared BBC Africa‘s photo. Saying

One of the signs of Buhari and his regime being a total failure is that he gave orders that no government official should go outside the shores of Nigeria for medical treatment but he is the first to break the laws. Corruption doesn’t only mean to steal money but when you give orders and live above those orders you are also corrupt. Yes I said so. So it’s good for you to go abroad and treat your EAR?? Really?? I hope the ears would be clear of the infections after the treatment and he listens to the gods of the land and pleas of Nigerians. Still hoping!!!! It’s only in Nigeria such things are tolerated. I just wish he could be stoned in that London hospital by some very angry Nigerians like me.

Secondly, a huge amount of money was said to be spent to equip the Aso Rock hospital as part of the 2016 budget and yet he travels out for treatment? So no specialist in Nigeria could treat the goddam ear? Only in Nigeria really!!!!

And please o! No matter who you are don’t come and drop stupid posts on my wall if you know you love him so much cos I would answer you squarely.

I see no reason why Naij.com, BBC and many other crazy copy and paste blogs will accuse AfricaNews247 of faking the story. as you can see they are trying to play the damage control game and Naij.com and 10 other blogs are helping out to save the face of BBC
